Article 2 Presentation of products and services

The characteristics of the products offered for sale are presented in the "services" section; "which is the Transaction Area" and in other pages of the site. The photographs do not enter the contractual field. The responsibility of Sylvain Louis D'Hornoy-Cavagnon. . . . . . cannot be committed if errors have been introduced. All the texts and images presented on this site are reserved, for the whole world, under copyright and intellectual property rights; their reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited.

Sylvain Louis D'Hornoy-Cavagnon, like a lawyer, has an obligation of means and not of results. He reserves the right to accept or not a person in consultation, or directs him to another more suitable professional, when he is faced with a problem that he cannot solve, namely for example, therapist, doctor, Jural advisor. Divination is not an exact science, what appears to be an error at the time can be realized later but otherwise. Not being a doctor, no formal diagnosis on health can be established, nor announcement of death. He adheres as a professional to the charter of INAD in Paris, an association recognized by the Ministry of Labor, aimed at protecting the consumer as well as the practitioner. You can contact them directly for any complaints or information, for example if you are the victim of a scam by practitioners or unscrupulous companies in the field of divinatory arts (personal development, care and well-being).

Article 3 Period of validity of sales offers

The products are offered for sale while stocks last. In the event of an order for a product that has become unavailable, the customer will be informed of this unavailability, as soon as possible, by e-mail or by post.

Article 4 Prices of products and services

The quote Transaction Area section of our site indicates the prices in euros, all taxes included, excluding shipping costs. The  shipping costs appear on the screen at the end of the selection of the various products by the customer.

Sylvain Louis D'Hornoy-Cavagnon   reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products and services ordered are invoiced at the price in effect when the order is registered.

The prices offered include the discounts and rebates that the company would have to grant taking into account its results or the assumption by the purchaser of certain services.

No discount will be granted in the event of early payment.

Article 6 Methods of payment

Payment for orders is made by   bank card via PayPal or Stripe.

When registering the order, the buyer must pay the full amount thereof.

Article 7 Withdrawal period

The buyer has a period of fourteen clear days, from receipt of the products, to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, with the exception, where applicable, of costs back. If the fourteen-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a holiday or non-working day, it is extended until the next working day. 

In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the company reimburses the Purchaser for all the sums paid, as soon as possible and at the latest within fourteen days following the date on which this right was exercised. If it appears that your articles were used, by the absence of blister (initial packaging) on the decks of cards, or the obvious use of the Spray by its contents, you cannot claim the right of withdrawal which is thus lapsed.

Article 9 Delivery

All products are delivered without guarantee as to delivery times, with the exception of deliveries to private individuals. The delivery deadline varies according to their address. It is fixed, for an address in metropolitan France, on the day of payment + 8 days and, for other destinations, on the day of payment + 1 month.
